It’s one of our favourite times of the year, mid-season fashion sale time. As the temperature usually starts to rise as we step into Spring, all retailers are keen to make more room for Summer stock and to get rid of knitwear, jackets and alike. The focus now is on the Spring/Summer 2013 collections, making it the perfect time to pick up last season’s stock for knock down prices.
Our top picks this April include Bench, Very.co.uk and OFFICE, all with 50% off. Clarks is offering 25% off selected lines and many other High Street brands have discounts of up to 30%. If you’re after new boots or trainers try Shoes.co.uk who are offering an additional 5% off with a recently released voucher code that can be used across the store, including on sale items.
What’s best to buy at this time of year in the sales? Even though you’ll find an abundance of outerwear, you can often discover huge discounts on accessories (perfect for all times of the year), jeans, footwear and dresswear (suits/evening dresses). These don’t need to be packed away in your wardrobe until the temperature drops again, making sure you get maximum use now from the money spent.
